Captivated by a platter of intricately decorated cookies at a party, Nikole ventured into the cookie world, eager to learn all that she could. When pandemic regulations affected sending baked goods to schools, she viewed licensing as an opportunity to offer her younger children similar experiences as her older ones. Embracing cookies as a new passion, Nikole discovered a world of possibilities, friendships, and adventures. Living in Seneca Falls with her husband and two of their five children, Nikole divides her time between baking in her kitchen, volunteering at the local fire department, and working as a community educator. In 2023, she courageously transitioned Sugar Mama's from her kitchen to a downtown location in Seneca Falls, aiming to revive a café-style bakery on Fall St for all to enjoy.
